Qualifications:

Proficient in kitchen management, including:
Menu Costing
HACCP implementation
Business forecasting
Active involvement in marketing initiatives and menu development
Proven leadership with a collaborative approach to guide and motivate the kitchen brigade
Chef de Partie - Bakery
Demi Chef de Partie - Bakery
Qualifications:
Strong technical skills in viennoiseries, pastries, and bakery production
Passionate about product development and exploring creative baked goods
Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining consistent quality
Ability to support pre-opening setup and daily production operations.
