We’re seeking a Senior Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-moving e-commerce and sports/lifestyle industries in Real Estate. The ideal candidate will design and manage scalable systems for affiliate partnerships, influencer collaborations, and UGC campaigns, with a laser focus on traction, conversions, and ROI. You should have at least 4 years experience in this role, if you do not, please do not respond.

This is not a “plug-and-play” role—we’re looking for a strategic builder who can identify gaps, implement solutions, and execute campaigns that directly drive sales growth and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and scale affiliate & UGC pipelines that are sustainable and performance-driven

Manage outreach to hundreds of potential creators weekly, securing high‑quality partnerships

Onboard and nurture affiliates to ensure ongoing alignment and results

Oversee content creation, approvals, and feedback loops to maintain brand quality and consistency

Address ghosted or inactive creators

Resolve delayed product delivery and fulfillment issues

Manage low‑performing or misaligned content

Tools & Platforms You’ll Work With

Creator marketplaces and influencer platforms (e.g., TikTok Creator Marketplace, Amazon Affiliates)

Performance tracking and analytics tools

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience running affiliate, influencer, and UGC campaigns in e-commerce (sports or lifestyle industry a plus)

Ability to manage 100+ creator relationships while maintaining brand quality

Strong operational mindset—able to systemize processes and scale campaigns efficiently

Self‑starter with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Results‑oriented, with a track record of delivering measurable growth
