Job Description
Chery Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails on the call center line.
Listen to and record customer complaints and inquiries.
Provide information needed and promote products or services to the customers.
Carry out marketing activities or telemarketing via telephone.
Conduct surveys for company needs (CSI, SSI, Product)
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of working experience as a call center agent.
Experience in call center operations within the passenger car industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of after-sales products and complaint handling.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Good at data handling and reporting.
