General Requirements Open to candidates of all nationalities with verifiable expertise in Italian cuisine and culinary techniques. Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is highly desirable. Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-end hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or reputable Italian establishment. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and cost management. Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests. Creative, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
