Financial Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities

Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP, or local GAAP)

Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of subsidiaries by coordinating with the subsidiaries accounting teams

Handle intercompany eliminations, adjustments, and reconciliations

Assist in preparing quarterly, half‑yearly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders including banks (lender), investor reports & audit

Collaborate with auditors to ensure smooth and efficient audits

Analyze consolidated financial results to provide insights to senior management

Consolidate business units monthly report submitted by subsidiaries

Assist in implementing new accounting standards across the group

Assist in development of financial consolidation report system

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field

Prior experience in group financial consolidation is essential

Highly understanding of consolidation principles and practices and proficiency in financial reporting standards

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
