Placement Area: All Jakarta, Tangerang, & Bekasi.

Qualifications

Min. 2 - 3 years experience as Store PIC/Leader/Supervisor in fashion retail.

Sales & target oriented.

Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Able to communicate effectively both oral and written.

Friendly.

Keen interest and knowledge about fashion and its trends.

Able to do time management and administrative work well.

Able to communicate in English is a plus.

Willing to be placed in around Jadetabek Area based on company needs.

Responsibilities

Lead store team to achieve sales targets.

Maximize store profitability with strategic execution.

Enhance customer experience and resolve issues.

Optimize product displays and visual merchandising.

Generate routine administrative reports on sales and inventory.
