Requirements: Male, max 40 years old Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably Tourism & Hospitality graduates Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in food & beverages as well as experience in managing, supervising, and coordinating overall hotel operations Entrepreneur spirit with high business sense, and ability to manage people, day to day operation, administration, as well as marketing activities Strong knowledge of quality and cost control measures Good knowledge about hygiene and sanitation Excellent time management skills and execution to meet established deadlines Mastering hotel administration and marketing strategy Capable to make planning, forecasting & reporting Flexible, self motivated, and able to work underpressure Food & Beverage Manager

Requirements: Male, max 35 years old Bachelor degree from reputable university or hotel academy 2 years experience in the same position at 3 or 4 star hotel Executive background Strong knowledge of quality and cost control measures Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, work well with pressure Good communication skills and able to work independently or within a team
