Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Informatics, or Electronics.
Holds a Network Certification with a minimum level of Associate.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the network field, including operation, SDWAN, maintenance, and dismantling of network systems.
Proficient in both Indonesian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to understand and perform troubleshooting on physical connections, network/protocol issues, wireless (RF) networks, service layer operations, and network security.
Able to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external parties, and work professionally within a team environment.
Possesses a high level of initiative, with the ability to identify problems and provide appropriate solutions.
Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously based on priority and demonstrating excellent personal time management skills.
Highly motivated, with a strong achievement orientation and commitment to delivering the best results for the team.

Working at PT XLSmart Telecom Sejahtera Tbk. and Customer Premises (if required) working hour.
Handling Complain and Follow up connectivity and mobile service for Enterprise.
Update and coordination to PIC customer for links problem
Responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues related to physical network connections, network protocols, wireless/RF networks, service-layer operations, and network security to ensure stable and secure system performance.
Coordination Also with MSHS (NEOM / FOP) and partner to get up date information.
Trouble Ticket data Reconcile every month with PIC Customer
Respond email and What’s App, every customer complains. (For customer who EOS applied)
Analytics for Trouble shooting during complain problem from Customer (for customer which EOS applied).
Follow up and Help customer at Customer Location (if required) / HQ if any problem with services.
Coordination for Spare Part Delivery from Remote Warehouse to DOP / Customer Branch Location
Provide reporting for customer performance services and improvement
