Job Description

Prepare detailed and accurate architectural and interior working drawings. Develop layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details according to design standards. Translate concept designs from architects or interior designers into technical drawings ready for production or construction. Revise drawings based on feedback from architects, interior designers, or other relevant parties. Produce basic 3D models or simple visualizations when required. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, suppliers, and design teams to ensure drawing accuracy. Organize and maintain all project files, drawings, and documentation in a structured manner. Conduct site measurements and field checks when needed for data validation. Qualifications

Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant majors. Proficient in technical software: AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp; rendering software is a plus. Strong understanding of basic building construction, materials, and interior systems. Detail-oriented, precise, and capable of producing high-accuracy drawings. Able to work under deadlines, multitask, and adapt to fast revisions. Good communication skills and able to collaborate with multiple teams. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a drafter in architecture/interior (fresh graduates are welcome if portfolio is strong). Must provide a drawing portfolio for assessment. Available to work on Saturdays (half day).
