Crypto Business Operations Associate

to support liquidity, pricing, and trading execution across our exchange. You will help maintain a competitive market environment, optimize both internal and external liquidity, and manage risk and PnL across trading activities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain competitive spreads, strong market depth, and reliable execution quality on the exchange Ensure our USDT/IDR bid-ask pricing stays competitive against the broader market Manage and monitor FX exposure and hedging activities to control risk Collaborate with external market makers and liquidity providers to optimize liquidity Monitor for trading anomalies, market disruptions, and liquidity risks, escalating when necessary Track and analyze PnL performance, identifying inefficiencies and areas for optimization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field Experienced in crypto, FX, market making, or trading operations Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure and with great attention to detail Solid understanding of market microstructure, order book dynamics, and liquidity mechanics Proficiency in Excel; SQL and Python are strong advantages Clear and structured communicator, able to work effectively with product, treasury, and risk teams
