JOB PURPOSE
To lead and manage the IT support function of the company, ensuring smooth operation of all hardware, software, and network systems. Responsible for resolving technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring data security, and supporting digital transformation initiatives aligned with business goals.
DUTY / RESPONSIBILITY
Manage daily IT operations including helpdesk, hardware, software, and network support.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
Ensure timely support for employees across departments for all technical needs.
Develop and enforce IT policies and best practices.
Maintain IT asset inventory and manage procurement of IT equipment.
Monitor data backups and ensure recovery procedures are in place.
Ensure company systems are secure and protected from threats and vulnerabilities.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for system support and services.
Plan and implement IT projects including system upgrades and improvements.
Provide IT-related training and support to internal staff as needed.
Prepare regular reports on IT performance, issues, and improvement plans.
Support the company’s digital initiatives and business continuity planning.
AUTHORITY
Authorise all IT support activities and technical purchases related to IT infrastructure.
Recommend IT upgrades, changes, and investments for company-wide improvements.
POSITION SPECIFICATION
Education
: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience
: At least 2-5 years of working experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
Expertise
Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networks
Experience with troubleshooting across operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Familiar with cybersecurity best practices
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage IT projects and work across departments
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
