Store Manager Are you passionate about beauty, leadership, and creating an exceptional retail experience? We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead and grow one of Indonesia’s leading beauty retail stores in Palembang, Banjarbaru, Banjarmasin, or Manado.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of store staff to deliver excellent service and achieve sales targets.

Oversee daily operations, stock management, and merchandising in line with brand standards.

Develop and implement sales and promotional strategies to boost store performance.

Analyze store data and prepare performance reports, including SWOT analysis for review.

Recruit, train, and coach team members to build a high-performing, motivated workforce.

Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

Proven supervisor-level experience in retail.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.

Track record of achieving and exceeding sales or revenue targets.

Solid knowledge of stock management, merchandising, and customer service excellence.

Strong analytical and presentation skills, including preparing SWOT analyses.
