In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the **following responsibilities**:* **Machinery Maintenance & Reliability**: Lead daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, while managing preventive/predictive schedules to maximize equipment uptime, reliability, and lifespan.* **Mechanical Design & Engineering**: Identify emerging problems and design, evaluate, or modify mechanical systems and components to improve performance and eliminate malfunctions.* **Safety, Quality & Compliance**: Ensure all maintenance and design work complies with safety regulations (OSHA/local regulations), quality standards, and company policies.* **Team Leadership & Training**: Oversee, train, and mentor maintenance staff to promote a culture of high-quality workmanship, safety, and accountability.* **Administration & Resource Management**: Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, tool allocation, and accurate documentation of work orders and performance reports.**Requirement*** Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.* Having **12+ years of experience** in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, power plant/utility, oleochemical or palm oil refinery is preferred. **Minimum 3 to 5 years** of working exposure or experience **in a similar role.*** Technical knowledge: **hydraulic, pneumatic, air compressor, boiler, steam turbine, belt conveyor system, piping and pressure vessel, and other mechanical systems,** **CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)**. **Certified Vibration Analyst CAT II** **(ISO 18436-2)** is preferred.* Willing to relocate to the job site in **Dumai**.**Disclaimer:**When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
