Responsibilities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen product development and portfolio, ensuring alignment with target market and business needs.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, review customer feedback and product experiences, and analyze findings to generate actionable insights for product quality improvement.
Analyze research findings to support the development of product strategies and roadmaps, including product positioning, unique selling points (USPs), and delivery systems, ensuring relevance to target market needs.
Evaluate overall product portfolio performance and its market relevance, adjusting product strategies as needed.
Prepare materials for new product launches, such as launch memos, product knowledge guides, and promotional materials, to ensure effective product launches.
Maintain positive relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business and operational objectives.
Monitor new and existing product performance and competitor activity, generating ad-hoc reports to support product portfolio analysis.
Manage and oversee the execution of new product launches, ensuring timely delivery and tracking post-launch progress to support brand objectives.
Ensure all administrative needs related to product innovation activities are met to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements
Bachelorโs Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or a related scientific field
1 - 2 years of experience in Product Innovation/Development in the FMCG, Skincare, Personal Care, or Clinical Beauty industry.
Strong understanding of product development.
Proficient in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Project Management.
