As the key market for growth, we are looking for Speciality Tire Sales Manager India to join our Team to support our clients in India.
Essential Functions:
Develop and expand the PCR (Passenger Car Radial) customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors across Sulawesi, Maluku, and Papua.
Lead annual sales planning, pricing execution, and order management to achieve regional sales targets.
Drive market growth and increase share by identifying new business opportunities and executing regional sales strategies.
Gather market intelligence including competitor movement, pricing, channel behaviour, and consumer trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution to support channel stability.
Plan and execute localized marketing and trade initiatives to strengthen brand visibility in assigned regions.
Conduct routine market visits to monitor sell-through performance, evaluate dealer needs, and ensure field execution excellence.
Provide on-site support and after-sales guidance for tire performance, rotation, and usage lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
Highly preferred: candidates who are originally from Sulawesi, Maluku, or Papua, with strong familiarity with local culture and market networks.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, tire and lubricant industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Good analytical thinking and understanding of market trends and customer behaviour.
Willing to travel frequently for market visits and customer engagement.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
