Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager

based in the Philippines to join our international sales team. This role focuses primarily on

email-based outbound sales and lead generation . You will contact companies currently hiring for roles that align with our service offerings and present our solutions as a smarter, cost-effective alternative. You will report directly to our International Sales Manager, Eli Jr.

Key Responsibilities Identify companies hiring for: Email Marketing Executives Social Media Marketing Executives SMS Marketing Executives IT Support Executives Accounting Executives Human Resources Executives Virtual Assistants Legal Advisors Conduct outbound email outreach campaigns Present our service solutions clearly and persuasively Generate qualified sales meetings Follow up consistently with prospects Maintain CRM records and sales reports Meet weekly outreach and performance targets Collaborate with the International Sales Manager

Compensation Structure Monthly Salary: 4,000,000 Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) 30-day probationary period (orientation and performance evaluation) Salary payments begin from the second month The first month’s salary will be accumulated and paid after six months of continuous operation Performance-based incentives may be introduced based on results.

Requirements Strong written English communication skills Confidence in sales and persuasion Experience in email marketing or outbound sales is preferred Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to work independently in a remote environment Basic understanding of digital marketing and business services
