Responsibilities

Programming soldering machine such as wave, selective solder and other BE machine

Design and optimize wave soldering processes for new and existing products, ensuring high quality and efficiency

Productivity improvement and reduce defects during wave, selective solder, coating and other BE machine process

Process validation, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting defects, and collaborating with other teams

Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.

Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.

It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.

Qualifications

Min. Diploma in Engineering Field

Having experience in same position min. 2 years

Strong leadership

Strong understanding and knowledge of wave, selective solder, coating and other BE equipment and process

Good technical and process analysis

Training : IPC-A-610, Wave and Selective Soldering Machine

Soldering process knowledge

Flux and solder properties, coating process, troubleshooting and problem solving, process optimization
