Head of Business Unit

Our client is opening a

newly created strategic leadership role

for

Head of Business Unit , responsible for driving end-to-end commercial excellence across Product/Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations. This role will directly shape the future growth blueprint of the supermarket business, including expansion across Jabodetabek and nationwide.

Expat strongly preferred; must understand the

SEA retail & supermarket market

Must come from

supermarket background

Strong operations & commercial leadership experience

Highly analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented

Strong business sense; decisive and grounded

Able to explain decisions with

clear data

Comfortable with frequent business trips as expansion continues

Role Scope This role will lead and build the commercial engine of the supermarket business, taking over three major divisions currently consolidated under Marketing:

EBITDA

Product Performance

Operational Excellence

The candidate will help

construct the business blueprint

alongside the CEO, build future teams, and drive aggressive expansion across Indonesia.
