Senior Real Estate - Bali

Job Type:

1 year contract with potential for permanent employment upon review

Reports To:

Country Director of Investment

Location : Bali

What you’ll be doing:

Source large real estate opportunities from large real estate developers and investors in Bali (targeting properties of 50+ units), conduct site feasibility, market and pricing analysis.

Conduct pro-forma financial projections and analysis.

Lead structuring and preparation of proposals process to counterparty for the management of the properties.

Lead the negotiations and legal documentation process.

Assist with project management of signed deals that require refurbishment works.

Identify new sub-markets for business growth.

Build and maintain relationships with investment partners, owners and service providers.

What makes you a great fit:

Extensive network in real estate in Bali, including but not limited to real estate developers and investors, brokers, etc. (local and foreign)

A minimum of 5 years of working experience in real estate.

End to end deal transaction experience from leading due diligence to legal documentation.

Strong preference for candidates with local market knowledge of the residential and/or hospitality landscape as well as candidates with strong existing network (across agents, landlords and developers) to source for real estate opportunities

Good business acumen and knowledge of current business trends.

Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical, detailed oriented, creative problem solver.

Organized and able to prioritize tasks to accomplish them effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Tertiary qualified in Real Estate, Business, Economics or a related field.
