Key Account Supervisor – General Trade At least 2 years of working experience required, preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales – Retail/General, especially in the FMCG industry. Experience in Modern Trade & Account Management, strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills, and willingness to be placed in the Jakarta area are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.

Experience in Modern Trade & Account Management.

Good relationships with key account channels (Modern Trade).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.

Willingness to work in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales targets for each outlet and brand.

Identify and cultivate Modern Trade shops for mutually beneficial cooperation.

Communicate and negotiate with Key Accounts (Modern Trade).

Control promotional activities at outlets according to the plan.

Monitor and report on competitors’ activity.

Drive growth of existing business and generate new opportunities to increase market share.

Prepare progress reports on sales, distribution, and promotions.

Handle feedback from Key Accounts.

Location Jakarta, East Jakarta, Indonesia.
