Senior Digital Marketing

role offers an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at PT Delta Prima Makmur, a leading provider of premium consumer goods in Tangerang, Banten. In this strategic position, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's digital marketing initiatives and achieving ambitious growth targets.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social media, email, and programmatic advertising

Optimise digital marketing activities to improve campaign performance and return on investment

Analyze website traffic and online user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and better targeting

Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce engaging, high-quality digital assets

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition

Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to the management team

Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall marketing strategy

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior digital marketing role, preferably within the consumer goods industry

Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimising successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

Excellent understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing disciplines

Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use insights to inform strategic decision-making

Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
