Finance Planning and Analyst Manager

The role involves analyzing financial data, planning budgets, monitoring key performance indicators, and collaborating with various teams to ensure financial goals are achieved efficiently. The Finance Planning Analyst Manager will also be responsible for preparing financial reports, forecasting future financial trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision‑making.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical and Planning skills essential for financial data analysis and budget management

Proficiency in Finance, with a solid understanding of financial reports, forecasting, and budgeting

Ability to develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align financial goals with organizational objectives

Effective Communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders

Experience in leadership roles and the ability to manage projects and adapt to a dynamic environment

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus

Proficient in financial analysis tools and software, with a high level of attention to detail

Prior experience in the Food & Beverage or Retail industry is advantageous
