Building a great guest experience starts with building a great team. Are you the leader we need? Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of HR management experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and industrial relations. Strong ability to design and implement training programs (Learning & Development) and performance appraisal systems. Proficiency in managing and maintaining hotel licenses and regulatory permits Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
