Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist in setting up and running paid ads on
Google Ads & Meta Ads
Monitor daily campaign performance (leads, CTR, CPC, CPA)
Support optimization based on guidance from Senior/Lead
Help set up tracking using
GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel
Conduct basic A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audiences
Assist in preparing weekly performance reports
Coordinate with design team for ad creatives
Coordinate with tech team to ensure tracking is working properly
Support campaign budget pacing and spend monitoring
Requirements
0–2 years experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Ads
(Fresh graduate with internship experience welcome)
Basic hands-on experience with
Google Ads & Meta Ads
Basic understanding of
GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking
Strong interest in data & numbers
Willing to learn and improve optimization skills
Able to work onsite in Bali
Basic English (reading dashboard & simple communication)
