Role Description This is a contract role for a Finance Accounting Manager, based on-site in Batam. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting processes, developing and managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves monitoring financial performance, offering strategic insights based on financial data, and supporting overall financial planning and decision-making within the company.

Qualifications Strong proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting In-depth knowledge of Finance and expertise in Budgeting practices Demonstrated Analytical and problem-solving Skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Team leader and leadership skills is a must. Experience in shipping, logistics, or a related industry is an added advantage Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
