VP / Head of GTM & Client Growth Strategy

We are a fast-growing growth consultancy led by award-winning founders, including Y Combinator and Forbes 30 Under 30 alumni. Since our launch in February 2024, we’ve scaled from a team of 4 to over 80 people, serving 500+ clients worldwide. Our mission? We’re looking for a
strategic leader who loves cracking growth problems , someone who can see the big picture, dive deep into client challenges, and turn insights into marketing strategies that actually move the needle.
At GetFound, you’ll lead the charge in building strong, data-driven partnerships with our clients. You’ll work with a team of talented strategists and account managers to craft full‑funnel marketing strategies that don’t just look good, they drive real business results.
What You’ll Do
Client Strategic Growth Advisory
Serve as the strategic growth partner to founders, CEOs, and executive teams, translating business priorities into clear and actionable go-to-market and marketing strategies that accelerate traction, scale, and long-term commercial objectives.
Architect and deploy full‑funnel growth frameworks that integrate brand, content, SEO, paid media, CRM, automation, lifecycle marketing, and creative systems to unlock sustainable and compounding growth.
Tailor strategies to each client’s stage of maturity including early validation and traction for 0 to 1, channel expansion and systemization for 1 to 10, and operational excellence and revenue optimization for 10 to 100. This ensures strategic focus that is appropriate for each phase.
Analyze performance data, uncover insights, identify growth bottlenecks, and drive clarity, prioritization, and ROI focused decision making across all marketing and commercial initiatives.
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business model, economics, competitive landscape, and constraints to guide strategic prioritization, resource allocation, and long‑range growth direction.
Leadership, Team Management and Operational Excellence
Lead, mentor, and scale a high performing team of Strategic Growth Consultants while ensuring continuous capability building, rigorous strategic thinking, and consistent excellence in client delivery.
Act as a fractional CMO for key accounts by providing senior level leadership, navigating growth challenges, and orchestrating full funnel strategies that drive measurable and business critical results.
Oversee cross‑functional planning with specialists across SEO, paid media, content, creative, and CRM to ensure alignment of channels, messaging, ideal customer profiles, and funnel strategy. Translate strategy into clear and actionable timelines, scopes, and deliverables.
Build and refine operational systems, workflows, and internal processes to eliminate inefficiencies, increase execution velocity, and elevate the standard of delivery across the organization.
Drive a culture of accountability, excellence, and measurable outcomes to ensure that all teams produce work that directly reinforces the growth strategy and contributes to client success metrics.
Serve as the senior relationship owner for key clients while cultivating trust, guiding high stakes initiatives, and maintaining strong alignment between strategic vision, execution, and business objectives.
Who We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in
digital marketing, growth strategy, or client management , with at least 4 years leading a team.
A strategic thinker who’s comfortable going deep researching industries, analyzing client funnels, and finding opportunities others miss.
Proven experience leading
client‑facing teams
in a marketing or agency setup, ideally across multiple channels.
Strong understanding of
full‑funnel marketing
from brand building to performance optimization.
Excellent communicator who can simplify complex ideas and build trust with both clients and internal teams.
Hands‑on and collaborative; you lead by example and thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
Strong in
English , both oral and written.
Must be able to work from our office in
Setiabudi, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan (Fully‑WFO) .
