Role Description This is a full-time on‑site role for a Spa & Lifestyle Supervisor at Hotel Tentrem Jakarta, located in Banten, Indonesia. The Spa & Lifestyle Supervisor will oversee daily spa and lifestyle operations, ensuring high‑quality customer experiences and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include supervising team members, coordinating schedules, providing training, managing receptionist duties, and resolving customer inquiries or concerns professionally and efficiently. The role involves collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and outstanding service delivery.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Supervisory Skills and the ability to effectively lead and support a team

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with clients and staff professionally

Experience in performing Receptionist Duties and managing front desk operations

Proven ability to train and mentor team members to ensure performance excellence

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Relevant experience in the hospitality or wellness industry is a strong advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
