Requirements Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or related field Minimum 1-2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or similar role (experience in hospitality industry is preferred) Strong understanding of OTA platforms (Traveloka, Tiket, Agoda, Booking, etc) and hotel distribution channels Experienced in managing online travel agents (OTA), website content, and online promotions Proficient in digital advertising platforms such as Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google ads, and basic SEO/SEM Able to analyze data and performance metrics (Google analytics, Ads performance report, conversion rate, ROI) Creative in developing digital campaign strategies and promotional content Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (canvas, photoshop) and social media content creation is an advantage Well-groomed, communicative, and proactive with a high sense of initiative Able to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
