Assistant Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager

National Marketing Manager Qualities and Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial position

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Management, Business, or Marketing (Master’s degree is an advantage)

Strong understanding of automotive chemical products, tea packaging & machinery, and their business models

Proficient in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software

Skilled in market research, profitability analysis, market penetration, pricing strategy, handling complaints, and maintaining customer relationships

Experienced in managing project-based sales, tenders, and government/private sector clients

Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision‑making skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Willing to travel for business trips to branches/sites/projects

Proficient in spoken and written English (additional foreign languages are an advantage)
