Raffles + Tampines (Requires flexibility to work both locations)

Job Details Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 6:30pm.

Contract: 6 months

Responsibilities

Organize received paper materials according to established guidelines or client specifications.

Use imaging devices and associated tools to convert physical documents into electronic formats.

Ensure documents are fed correctly into the imaging devices and monitor for any errors during the process.

Check digital copies for clarity and accuracy, redoing scans when needed.

Maintain organized workflow to meet daily processing targets.

Handle physical documents carefully to prevent damage or loss.

Ensure equipment is clean and well-maintained for optimal performance.

Follow confidentiality and data protection protocols at all times.

Support the monitoring and replenishment of materials needed for operations (such as film and paper).

Requirements

No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.

Ability to operate scanning equipment.

Good organizational skills and ability to follow procedures.

Reliable, diligent, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Physically capable of handling stacks of documents and standing for extended periods.
