Customer Relations Executive
Responsibilities
Provide sales consultations to first-time customers on their needs and interest, and develop a suitable study plan during the consultation
Pitch the most suitable program and showcase comprehensive up selling action to our products
Creating sales management and student database
Providing accountable sales reports
Meeting monthly sales targets set by the company
Build strong rapport and trust with customers and maintain good relationships to ensure their willingness to retain and collect potential numbers of referrals
Invite parents and prepare, facilitate, participate, and organize events related to parents
Resolve problems, questions, and/or complaints from parents
Provide timely information to parents about any changes related to the study (e.g. teachers, schedule)
Resell our courses and Reactivate students who have dropped out
Communicate regularly with other teachers and other departments
Actively collaborate in marketing and sales activities outside of the center
Other admin and operational duties and responsibilities assigned by the company or when needed
Qualifications
Service mindset: treating each customer the way you want to be treated
Sales ability: delivering effective sales pitch & closing deals
Minimum 1-year experience in sales, or direct selling B2C
Excellent interpersonal communication and promotion skills
Excellent service, can do attitude and ability to work as a team
Willing to work in shift
Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)
Sales or education industry experience is a plus
