Daily Financial Operations and Accounting

Process the approval workflow for daily expense documents, verify invoices and corresponding tax accuracy. Handle customer payment inquiries. Manage and archive all original documents related to income and expenditure, as well as local Indonesian tax invoices. Execute other daily financial tasks as assigned by the team. Monthly Financial Reporting and Analysis

Prepare fund reports, inventory in-out reports, and expense reports for internal team review. Ensure the accuracy of sales and procurement data, conduct statistical analysis of expenses, assist in cash flow forecasting, and provide recommendations for decision-making. Tax Compliance and Planning

Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and archiving data for major tax filings (PPH, VAT, CIT). Manage the contract register and serve as the point of contact for tax-related matters with suppliers/customers (e.g., NPWP information, PPH Slips, etc.). Assist in optimizing internal processes to ensure the tax and financial compliance of the company entity, and proactively engage in tax planning. Note:
