Our client is a fast-growing international e-commerce organisation currently investing in the optimisation and further development of its HR technology landscape.

The company operates in a dynamic, global environment and is looking to strengthen its internal expertise within SAP SuccessFactors to support ongoing transformation initiatives.

Project Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to act as a subject matter expert supporting the design, implementation, optimisation, and integration of SAP SF modules within a complex enterprise environment.

The consultant will work closely with HR, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure efficient system configuration, adoption, and long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities: Act as internal SAP SuccessFactors SME, supporting configuration, rollout, and optimisation activities Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable SAP SF solutions Support system architecture discussions and ensure effective integration with surrounding systems and interfaces Facilitate user adoption through workshops, documentation, and training sessions Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with internal governance standards Support change management, testing, and release processes

Required Experience: Proven hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience (Employee Central strongly preferred; Recruiting and Compensation desirable) Strong understanding of SAP SF architecture, data integration, and enterprise HR processes Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting or similar HRIS/HR technology roles (consultancy or in-house) Academic background in business informatics, computer science, HR technology, or a comparable field Experience working within international/global environments
