About the Role As a Finance Supervisor at PT Westapusaka Kusuma, you will play a key role in overseeing the company’s financial accounting, reporting, and taxation processes. This full-time position is based in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and involves managing a finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial information is delivered to support strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Prepare consolidated financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Submit all tax reports through Coretax, including completion of tax reconciliations Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other core accounting functions Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial policies, procedures, and systems Mentor and develop the finance team to build a high-performing, knowledgeable, and engaged unit

What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a top five university in Indonesia Minimum of two years’ experience as an external auditor at a public accounting firm (KAP) At least two years of experience in taxation, particularly VAT and withholding tax reconciliation At least two years of experience in financial statement reporting Minimum one year of experience in financial consolidation Proficient in both written and spoken English Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and solid problem-solving abilities Willingness to be based in Yogyakarta
