About the Role We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented English-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will support users of a global social media platform by assisting them with account-related inquiries through email and live chat.

Key Responsibilities • Provide professional customer support through email and live chat channels. • Assist users with account-related inquiries, including verification processes and login issues. • Guide users through password reset and account recovery procedures. • Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner. • Maintain high-quality communication and ensure a positive user experience. • Follow internal guidelines and processes to handle cases efficiently.

Requirements • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! • English proficiency at C1 level or above (written and spoken). • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. • Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills. • Willing to work permanent night shifts to support the US market. • Able to work on-site in Bali.
