Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all platforms.

Oversee content creation, scheduling, and publishing, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice, aesthetics, and objectives.

Create engaging copywriting and captions for all social media platforms.

Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strategies on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains ahead of industry developments.

Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, audience targeting, and performance tracking.

Monitor comments, direct messages, and audience engagement to maintain active community interaction and positive brand presence.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry.

Proven ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies.

Strong analytical skills with experience in creating performance reports.

Hands‑on experience in managing campaigns, communities, and product launches.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of beauty brand tone of voice.

Highly creative and able to generate engaging, innovative content ideas.

Fast‑responding, proactive, and deeply familiar with social media trends and platforms.

Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
