Product Specialist – Building Solutions Key Responsibilities: Develop and expand the market for Building Solutions products (Window Film, Floor Mats, Vinyl Flooring, DI-NOC, etc.) Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and building owners Conduct product presentations and technical consultations Manage project pipelines (tenders, commercial projects, hospitality, retail, etc.) Achieve sales targets and increase market share Perform market mapping and competitor analysis Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate data entry in the company system (CRM / reporting tools)

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Sales / Building Materials Strong network in construction or property industry is highly preferred Familiar with tender processes and project-based selling Target-driven with strong negotiation and communication skills Strong discipline in reporting, documentation, and data input Comfortable working with sales systems / CRM Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings Based in Jakarta

Preferred Background: Experience in interior/exterior finishing materials Strong understanding of project specifications and technical sales
