Moritz Hospitality is looking for potential candidates with passion and professionalism to join our team for the following position: Chief Engineering (CH-ENG)

General Requirements Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) / Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines) Having min. 5 years of experience in the same or related position Proven skills as a Supervisor / Coordinator in the maintenance of generators, HVAC, electrical systems, electronics, mechanical systems, pumps, and civil works in hotels, apartments, or office buildings Strong knowledge in preventive maintenance management, budgeting, and coordination of projects & vendors Demonstrates leadership, strong analytical skills, and technical management using Digital Systems (BAS Building Automation System) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Willing to be placed in the Capital City of the Archipelago (IKN)
