Support end-to-end training operations, including scheduling, coordination with users, and participant communication (reminders, follow-ups).
Manage training administration such as attendance tracking, participant activity monitoring, and assignment documentation.
Prepare, organize, and distribute training materials, files, and learning links.
Assist in managing pre-test and post-test results, roleplay sessions, and feedback documentation with Buddy Trainers.
Create daily training recaps and weekly progress reports for the L&D team and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate from Psychology, Education, Management, Communication, or related fields.
Strong interest in Learning & Development or training operations.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling administrative and tracking tasks.
Good communication skills and professional attitude (chat, WhatsApp, email).
Able to multitask, proactive, quick to learn, and responsive in follow-ups.
Basic skills in creating presentations and simple reports.
Familiar with Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Drive) and Canva is a plus.
Willing to support training schedules and maintain confidentiality of internal data.
