We’re hiring a Senior Data Engineer & Databricks Specialist to join a fast-growing data & AI consultancy delivering modern, cloud-native data platforms for enterprise and scale-up clients.

You’ll work on cutting-edge Databricks projects, designing high-performance data architectures, and helping customers unlock real business value from their data.

Your Role:

Databricks Architecture & Implementation Design and build multi-hop data pipelines using the Databricks Lakehouse Optimize Apache Spark workloads for performance, reliability, and scalability Data Engineering & Development Build robust ETL pipelines and data models using SQL, Python, and/or Scala Deliver production-grade data solutions across multiple projects Consulting & Advisory Lead client workshops to translate business needs into technical solutions Act as a trusted technical advisor across the full project lifecycle Knowledge Sharing Mentor colleagues and clients on Databricks best practices Create reusable frameworks and project documentation

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years experience in data engineering Strong hands-on experience with Databricks & Apache Spark Proven delivery of multiple Databricks projects end-to-end Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Solid SQL skills (Python & Scala a plus) Strong communication & stakeholder skills Fluent in English and German
