Procurement Manager

Singatac is a leading fabricator specializing in large-scale structures and equipment for the Oil & Gas industry, particularly in subsea production systems like manifolds, PLETs, PLEMs, and other complex components. Singatac has operation in Singapore, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, India and Namibia.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Manager based in Bintan, Indonesia or Trichy, India.

The Procurement Manager will oversee supplier evaluation, negotiate contracts, manage procurement processes, and ensure cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Additional responsibilities include contract management, maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring market trends, and ensuring timely procurement to support operational needs. The role will require close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement management

Proven ability in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management

Excellent Analytical Skills to assess supply chain performance and market trends

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Proficiency in procurement systems and tools is a plus

Familiarity with the Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industries is an advantage
