About the Role: We are looking for a senior Business Analyst with hands-on Enfusion implementation experience, to join us on a contract basis. The role will support the definition of business requirements, the functional validation of Enfusion capabilities against the target operating model, as well as the review, configuration and testing of the solution.

Responsibilities: Business requirements:

gather, structure and document business and functional requirements (BRD / FRD) Functional verification:

assess Enfusion standard capabilities vs. TESEO target operating model

Strong Enfusion knowledge: PMS / OMS Order & trade lifecycle Positions, cash, FX and derivatives Security Master / static data

Configuration & tailoring: Review and challenge Enfusion configuration Validate workflows, rules and setup

Testing: Define test scenarios and test cases Support and execute UAT Validate configuration against business requirements

Interfaces & integrations (nice to have): Custodian interfaces Market data & pricing feeds FIX / EMS / broker connectivity

Qualifications: 6–10+ years’ experience Proven participation in at least one end-to-end Enfusion implementation Able to work autonomously with business users, IT and Enfusion teams

Required Skills: Business requirements gathering and documentation Functional verification of Enfusion capabilities Strong knowledge of Enfusion systems
