Mandalika Beach Club is looking for an experienced and energetic Bar Supervisor to join our beachfront paradise in Lombok. About The Role As Bar Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of our bar operations — ensuring our service is smooth, our drinks are world-class, and our guests leave with unforgettable memories. You’ll lead by example, mentor our bartending team, and help drive the bar’s performance, creativity, and consistency. What You’ll Do Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and cleanliness Train, motivate, and schedule bar staff Ensure top-notch guest service and high-quality drink presentation Create and recommend new cocktail ideas with seasonal and local twists Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and manage cost control Work closely with the events and management team to support club activities

What We’re Looking For Indonesian nationality only (WNI) Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or senior bartender role Strong leadership and communication skills Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and beverage trends A hands-on, team-oriented attitude Able to work evenings, weekends, and during special events Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia required)
