Work Arrangement

Follows the

Netherlands time zone

9 hours per workday, 5 days per week

(2 days off according to shift schedule)

Includes

weekends and public holidays

Night shifts may be required in the future

depending on business needs

Training schedule will be arranged for new hires

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via

phone, email, and chat

in English

Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure an excellent customer experience

Ensure compliance with

data protection standards

and internal company guidelines

Required Qualifications Must-Have:

Minimum

C1 English

proficiency

Open to

ONLY local (Indonesian) candidates

Minimum 1-2 years of experience within the same field
