Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven
Business Development Manager
to lead our sales efforts within the pharmaceutical sector. You will be responsible for driving adoption of our
YMT Programmatic
and
Modcart
(Online-to-Offline) solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive \"hunter\" who can independently manage the full sales cycle—from cold calling to closing—while building long-term relationships with brands and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify new prospects through research and cold calling. Arrange high-impact meetings, workshops, and training sessions to educate clients on our ad-tech solutions
Strategic Pitching: Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and pitches tailored to the specific needs of pharma brands
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients while maintaining consistent contact with existing accounts to ensure retention and growth
Market Intelligence: Analyze the Indonesian market to identify new potential customers, understand their pain points, and establish our competitive advantages
Pipeline Management: Independently manage the sales pipeline and track key metrics to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are consistently hit
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in the digital advertising sales industry with a proven track record of closing successful deals
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Industry Network: Must have an established network of advertising agencies and Pharma brands in Indonesia potentially interested in programmatic and O2O solutions
Sales Mastery: Expertise in the full sales cycle: Prospecting, Discovery, Proposal Development, and Closing
Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of the digital marketing buying landscape and brand marketing
Independence: Ability and willingness to work independently, set ambitious goals, and hit them with minimal supervision
Communication: Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia. You must be comfortable making and presenting proposals independently
