Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day operations of Customs Operation as per KPI.

Perform Custom Clearance day-to-day activities in accordance with defined KPI, including preparation of required documents.

Maintain contact/correspondence with consignee for incomplete/missing documents.

Responsible for cargo clearance status.

Coordinate with product operations regarding delivery of goods.

Inform the customs clearance progress/status, special requirements to consignee if any.

Inform superior and relevant functional unit continuously and in good terms of occurrences within their area of responsibility.

Maintain good relationship with customer and vendor.

Responsible for managing good history of timestamp on Cargowise.

Comply with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Business Continuity Management Systems procedures and regulations, and participate in their programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking.

Has adequate computer literacy and proficiency.

Has all technical competencies and skills required for the position.

Clean criminal record and adherence to ethical standards.
