Human Resources and Administration Supervisor About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources and Administration Manager to join our team at PT LEYING INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY'. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administration for our growing company. This is a full‑time position based in West Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and off‑boarding

Administering employee benefits, payroll, and leave management

Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

Overseeing maintenance of employee records and HR‑related documentation

Responsible for procedures such as office premises operation, financial reimbursement, employee visa processing, and HR procedures, as well as daily communication and coordination with relevant government departments

Provide real‑time interpretation in critical meetings with the General Manager, partners, and suppliers

What we’re looking for

Fluent in Chinese and Indonesian, capable of translation and communication; preference for overseas Chinese and Chinese nationals

Graduated from a full‑time regular university in Indonesia or China

3+ years of comprehensive administrative and human resources management experience, familiar with Indonesian labour laws and policies, and proficient in operating various office software

Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and critical‑thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels

Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
