Data Scientist

Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that support business decision‑making.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to monitor key metrics.

Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity.

Apply statistical analysis and basic machine learning techniques to solve business problems.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Business, Product, Tech) to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or equivalent.

Intermediate proficiency in SQL (ability to write complex queries, joins, aggregations, and basic optimization).

Intermediate understanding of statistics and probability.

Beginner‑level understanding of machine learning concepts (regression, classification, clustering, etc.).

English proficiency at intermediate level (written and verbal).

Python programming skills are a plus.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Detail‑oriented with a strong data validation mindset.

Good communication skills to explain insights clearly.

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
