Job Description

Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documents. Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries. Act as a point of contact between executives and stakeholders. Conduct research and provide relevant information to support decision-making. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Coordinate and organize executive events. Assist in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required. Requirements: Bachelor degree from Management, Finance, Business Administrations, and related major. Master degree and MBA degree holder is preferable. Minimum 8 years experience working in various industry, coming from consulting background is preferable. How many years' experience do you have as an Executive Assistant?
