This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development professional based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The successful candidate will identify and generate new business leads, conduct market research, foster relationships with clients, and leverage strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business strategies and improve customer engagement. Additional responsibilities include client relationship management and providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends and opportunities Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships Expertise in Lead Generation, prospecting, and developing new client opportunities Proven ability to work in a team and goal-oriented environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred Fluency in English and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia Prior experience in business development or sales roles is an advantage
